The soul can be described as the mind, will, emotions, intellect, and creativity. Through the course of our lives, the soul can become damaged, fragmented, and just plain shattered. When we reflect on ourselves, we can often realize that there is something on the inside of us that needs a touch from Jesus, The Great Physician. Whether it be something that has stuck with you and weighed you down over the years, thoughts of inadequacy that you can’t quite shake, a love interest that went sour, or just plain old burnout, I’m here to pray with you and for you. May this prayer cover you and lead you into the arms of the One who can change all things, restore you, and make you whole again.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we seek your face today. We lift up the name of the Most Holy One, The Most High God, and the One who created all things. We lift up Jesus Christ, who came and gave us access to a new life! We come to You because we know this matter is out of our hands, this is a job for Jehovah Rapha, our God who Heals. The God who binds our wounds according to .Psalms 147:3. The God who send us A Comforter, whose name is the Holy Spirit. We thank you God for being what we need!
Father we come to you today in need of a touch Lord. We need you to touch us in the place that’s broken. We need you to restore the fragmented pieces of our soul. We are in need of a transformative and restorative power that only You can give. I cover now our minds with the blood of Jesus. The mind can easily become a battlefield for satan. Help us to renew our minds, and renew our thoughts. Fill our minds with pure and righteous thoughts. I cover our emotions and heart with the blood of Jesus.
Shine a light into our hearts, show us where we need to forgive ourselves and others. Don’t let unforgiveness fester in us and block blessings that you are trying to send. Help us to overcome what has set us back, help us to overcome the goals we held that never manifested. Help us to move on from the disappointments of yesterday. Jesus we ask that you bring us healing in our hearts, now.
With your Holy Spirit, we can begin to dream again. We can be inspired to be creative and use our imaginations to paint and bring life into our world. Allow us to use our right brain to design, innovate, and have a vision of what is possible. We call the impossible things possible, according to Mark 10:27. Nothing is out of our reach when we partner with You. Old dreams are being resurrected and new winds are coming in to bring an over all refreshing. We receive it now!
Father, I seal this prayer with my faith. I believe it’s already done, In Jesus name, AMEN.
